Kingdom of Alvir
Alvir: The governing city of the province. It's a watery city, built on stilts and marshland. It borders the Wadena Quag and the Sleeping Loch. It's known for its various artists, including painting, dance, theatre, and cooking. The city worships Navine and her husband, Nelfis. The town is also home to many brothels and bardic colleges. The house De Valois rules it, and Lord Finnick De Valois with their colours of green and silver, and their symbol the snake.
