The Green Dragon Inn
It had been a long journey. Minor wounds inflicted by the constant skirmishes against hoards of the disgustingly evil creatures once again swarming in the Goblin Fells, and then speeding back across the dangerously twisted lands to report these disturbing findings to the High Council had left the Ranger Halbarad weary of the long lonely places. He felt the unconscious tightening of muscles being ever battle-ready slowly ease as amusement replaced tension. Far from being annoyed at their oblivious ignorance of his protection, the quiet Ranger in the shadows took carefree exuberance as a complement to he and his fellow Rangers as a good job, well maintained. That the good gentle-folk of this quaint little area have no idea that dangers even exists outside their circle of protection is a hard won pleasure - and a relief... even if the innkeepers pesky cat insists on curling up in his lap!
